Ethiopia Today

This program is more of political and deals with some of the major happenings (landmarks)

or burning issues in the country over a week. Major progresses, challenges and prospects in

the country in general and the city in particular would be given special attention by the program.

Transmission Time: - Monday @ 5:00 PM and Tuesday @ 8:20

Behind the Afro Mike

This program deals with making an interaction (interview) with people who have got huge experience

in different fields of studies. Best practices of the people will be presented. In this regard the major

success stories of the people who appeared on the programs will be seen from different angles to

draw the attention of others and act accordingly. This would enable them contribute their share in the

overall process being carried out in the country.

Diplomatic Cornet

In this program interviews would be made with different ambassadors, the diplomatic community,

and officials at the AU, ECA, UN and other regional and international organizations. As the city is

the seat of many embassies and regional and international organizations; the aforementioned

people and other foreigners who are on a short visit to the city would get the chance to air their voice.

Business and Investment

This is a program that deals with issues related with business and investment. The major incumbent

economic success and challenges in the country and in Africa will be identified and presented accordingly.

Culture and Society

This program focuses on introducing the norms, values and history of the different nations and

nationalities in the country. It will try to showcase the cultural and societal aspect of all the

people in the country and in Africa providing equal and fair distribution.

Mosaic Ethiopia

This is a program where it acquaints our listeners with the different places in Ethiopia and Africa

its focus being in the historical places and other areas that are worth of visiting. The historical

background of the different iconic areas, cities, parks, obelisks, monasteries, churches, and

mosques etc of the country and that of the continent are described in different ways. It is more

of tourism.

African Profile

This mainly presents the profiles of the different African countries. The languages, natural resources,

the history, the landscapes, the cultures, music and other features of all African nations will be

presented on weekly basis.

Afro Sport

Events of sports (local and international) will be presented in the program. Local incidents or

tournaments are given special priority in this program. The soccer premier leagues from Europe

and all around the world would get due attention as they have a lot of funs in the country and

many foreigners would like to listen to it as well. Athletics in which most Ethiopians/Africans

are good at would get due consideration in the show.

Entertainment World

This program aims at updating our listeners with what is happening in the entertainment world both

locally, in African and Internationally.
